We sell food products, including beef jerky and related items. We work to describe and display products accurately; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, weights, or other content are error-free, and colors and packaging may vary. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time.
4. Allergens and Food Safety
Our products are produced in a facility that handles common allergens and seasonings. Please review product ingredient information and contact us with any questions before ordering if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for you.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical pricing errors and may cancel orders affected by such errors. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers, and you agree to their terms in addition to ours.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, and an order is not accepted until we confirm it and/or ship it. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

We ship to addresses within the areas we serve. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Because our products are perishable food items, you are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for arranging prompt receipt of your order. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Because our products are perishable food items, we are generally unable to accept returns for reasons of food safety. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description (and photographs where possible). We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund at our reasonable discretion. This section does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional codes and offers are subject to their stated terms, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and have no cash value.
