I would call myself a jerky fanatic. I am always looking for new places to see what's out there. Who would of thought I'd find the BEST Jerky in Wisconsin. Let me tell you, this is the BEST. Great flavors, great texture and always consistent. I have been ordering from Mike's Country Meats for years now, and I never have to worry about what will be in the package. I love spicy so I always go with Ghost Pepper and Carolina Reaper, then pair it with the Maple Brown Sugar for contrast. The Ghost Pepper and Carolina Reaper aren't just super hot, they both have a distinct flavor that is also delicious. I couldn't recommend Mike's Country Meats enough. It's the BEST.
